About Desiree Doggett

As a Realtor® and property manager in Sarasota, I have 14+ years of experience and expertise in the local real estate industry and nearly 20 years of real estate experience abroad, primarily in Costa Rica. I was born and raised in Colorado, where I obtained a BA in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder. A series of fortunate events led me all over the world only to bring me to Sarasota, where I started a family and made a unique niche in the real estate market locally.

With a strong background in property management, I am skilled in handling all aspects of property operations, ensuring efficient and profitable outcomes for property owners. Currently, I am managing approximately 250 units in Hillsborough, Manatee and Sarasota counties. I have managed a variety of unit types including single family homes, multifamily, and even condo/hotel. Previously, I held a Community Association License, which has helped me to know and navigate difficult or complex situations when dealing sales or rentals.  We have an extensive network of on-call providers to service our needs faster and with preferred pricing due to the volume we do.

I pride myself on my ability to effectively market properties, attract potential buyers or tenants, and negotiate favorable deals. My in-depth knowledge of the Sarasota market enables me to identify and capitalize on emerging trends, maximizing returns for my clients. I am also bilingual English/Spanish, which opens a lot of unique opportunities up for my clients.

With a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, I excel in managing rental properties, handling lease agreements, conducting thorough background checks, and maintaining optimal tenant relations. I am dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of both property owners and tenants. I have even had the pleasure of watching a tenant turn into a homeowner,  then become an investor,  and finally manage his rental portfolio.
