Desiree has done a fantastic job taking care of our rental properties over the several years that she has been our property manager.
She is professional, knowledgeable and over the years has often provided us with very helpful advice. She excels at finding new tenants for us and always takes great care in ensuring that they are the “right fit” for our properties. She is always very prompt in returning our calls or emails and has a wide ranging portfolio of contractors should we require any maintenance work carried out at our properties. I highly recommend Desiree and really appreciate the first class service she provides for us.

We have been working with her on two of our properties and the experience has been terrific. We unexpectedly inherited a property that was in need of some care and serious property management. We originally went with another company where our property went un-rented for over 6 months. We pulled the plug and called Desiree and within a month had a great tenant and the process has been entirely hands-free. She really saved the day!
